  13. Be careful with Truvia. Stevia is the same family as ragweed so if you have allergies issues, beware. I was getting sicker and sicker until I found out it was the stevia. Removed it from my house and all was well.

Great video – I've been a vegetarian for almost 15 years, but I'm in my 40s now and my weight is slowly starting to creep up, even though I work out on a regular basis – metabolism slowing down just getting older. Try lentils cooked in onion ginger garlic and cerrano chili paste and a tomato then add tumeric cumin and then water and a handful of lentils french green lentils and stir cook low heat cover then on the side plain yogurt with grated cucumber fresh mint chopped and salt. And you can make toume sauce blending on high speed food processor 3 whole garlic cloves 1/8 cup coconut oil and fresh lemon juice and add tablespoons of ice water blend 10 minutes till fluffy like whipped cream or like a very white mayo..or face cream lol..it is delightful on the lentils you can use gabanzo/chick peas/ if u prefer they are divine.

  19. I also can NOT go vegan. I still like eggs and some dairy products. Vegetarian has been good for me and I do feel better. I do still eat shrimp and fish like once a week still but most of the week it’s all fruits and veggies and no unnatural sugar since I’m prediabetic.
