Jamie’s taken this family favourite and given it a veggie twist! Porcini mushrooms and plump lentils create a ragu that’s as rich and full of flavour as a meaty version. It’s packed with protein, contains three of your five a day and by choosing wholewheat spaghetti you’re also upping your fibre intake – spag bol the healthy choice? We’ll take that!

    2) normal parmigiano (parmasan) is NOT vegetarian

  5. God Im supper hungry while Im watching this,Im in work I could not eat lunch so why I watch this while spaghetti is my faaavvvvvcv dish and meal ever I could eat it everyday god ur mercy specially when its rich of tomato sauce

  6. This is how I normally do my Bolognese nowadays, trying to consume less meat. Any mushrooms will do, and I also put courgette and/or aubergine. Delicious!

  7. If it's pasta with porcini, veggies and tomato sauce, why can't you just say so? Calling this bolognese is like calling prince William a woman.
