Tofu and Vegetables:1 TBS of vegetable cooking oil, 6 pieces tofu, pinch of turmeric, 7 spice, curry powder, 3-4 cups of mix vegetables, 1 tsp of sherry cooking oil, 1 1/2 TBS of soy sauce to taste, drizzle sesame oil.
veg omelet: 2 TBS of vegetable cooking oil, 3-4 cups of mix vegetables, a pinch of salt and black pepper, 2-3 TBS of water, 4 eggs, 1/3 cup of cheese, 1/4 cup of cilantro, 1/4 cup of green onion, 1 tsp of sesame oil, unsalted butter.
