  1. Biology major to the rescue: to the untrained eye yams and sweet potatoes are the same, in color and taste for the most part. However, they are in fact two different species of plants; yams are monocots and sweet potatoes are dicots (which refers to the number of embryonic budding leaves). Between the two plans there are vastly different nutritional values of vitamins and minerals (yams are low in a but high in c and such). Additionally monocots differ from dicots in plant structures like leaf shape/vascularity and number of petals on flower multiples of 3 vs 4 or 5 respectfully (yams have 6 sweet potatoes have 5). You can also tell from observing the structure of the xylem water transport and phloem sugar transport tubes inside the tubers themselves. Have fun with the knowledge!

It's impossible to build muscle in a vegan diet, those clowns who all day cooking food and doing 5 push ups with 4 farting in between the series for half an hour a day and have muscle development like girl. Those people don't even work a normal job, their job is to prepare the food all day long and to be tired. Nobody believes you anyway, most of them cheat eating animal products. And they have to lie, because what they gonna do for money, they will look like an idiots in the people eyes. The vegan death cult is over.

  4. Confused on why there is so much footage of exercise and flexing in a "What I eat in a day" video. Does he eat his pullups and bulging vascularity? Could've shaved the time down on this video by at least 5 minutes. Maybe more.

  5. So you think having a cup of black coffee is bad? I am raw vegan 9 years in. Never used to drink it but I love it now and gives me a nice boost of energy.

  6. WARNING: you need to drink the lemon water with a straw….otherwise you ll end up destroying your teeth enamel because of the acidity of the lemon.

  7. Are you seriously telling me that's all the protein you need a day??? Only one scoop of protein powder in the morning and a single can of black beans at night? That's it????

  8. So You workout basically right after consuming lemon water, No Breakfast. I always had this myth that you need to consume heavy meal few hours before working out so your glycogen level won't deplete. What do you recommend meal before workout in the morning or a big meal after the workout is done.
