You will not miss the cheesy taste thanks to my “secret” ingredient.
The Broccoli taste is totally blended with the tofu and all the spices which makes this recipe ideal if you want to include broccoli in your diet but don’t like the taste.
Here is the full recipe:
6 Cannelloni (makes 2 servings)
1 block of Tofu (180 grams – I’ve used basil infused tofu, but regular tofu works just fine)
1/4 Cup soy milk (60 ml)
2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
1 tsp Lactic Acid (the “secret” ingredient)
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tbsp granulated onion
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 ~ 1 1/2 cup tomato sauce
50 grams of vegan cheese (I’ve used Violife)
