Seitan recipe:

Makes 6 servings for me/my macros:
240g vital wheat gluten mixed with 24g nutritional yeast
Mix 1/4 cup soy sauce and 1/2 cup water
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and knead dough for 3-5 min
Cut into chunks and bring to a boil
Simmer for 25-30mins

Leg workout:

Hip thrust pyramid 4×15,12,10,8
Hack squat 3 sec negatives 4×12
DB RDL 3×20
Seated leg curl 2sec pause and 3sec negatives 3×12
Hip abuction machine triple dropsets 3×12-15
