Creamy Spinach Pasta
-Bow tie pasta boiled
– 3 large handfuls of fresh spinach
1. Sauté seasonings on MED 3min (red pepper flakes, garlic powder, pepper, Italian seasoning) with fresh garlic, sundried tomatoes, & fresh parsley in 1/2 olive oil 1/2 butter
2. Add 1 cup heavy whipping cream to boil (optional: add wine)
3. Add shaved or fresh Italian cheese…Parmesan works best
4. Simmer on low for 4-5 while whisking cheese into sauce
5. Set aside to pour over noodles and spinach
Homemade sundried tomatoes
✨Add to pastas, stuffed chicken, & salads
-1 carton of grape tomatoes, sliced in 1/3
-Drizzle with olive oil & season with coarse salt, fresh ground pepper, garlic, and Italian seasonings…add fresh herbs
-Cook in oven for 2 hours on 250degrees
•Refrigerate in mason jar up to 3months

  1. Nice to see this! One thing, that blood type stuff is nonsense pseudo-science, and you can forget about that! I'll just set you free from that! I'm thinking about vegetarianism but I don't want to eat a bunch of grain with it, as that's just empty calories!

  2. Add toasted walnuts to that pasta!!! Evaporated skim milk ot almond milk with low fat cream cheese will lower the calories of that cream sauce.

  4. These look good!!! I’m trying to transition myself! I know you’re not full vegetarian, but an FYI: Parmesan cheese is not vegetarian. I just found this out in a video I just watched before this one.

  5. Omg I’m craving a kale salad now! That looks so delicious. I love mine with olive oil and lemon juice but definitely gonna try this recipe.

  6. Parmesan is not veggie friendly. It uses the enzyme rennet which is taken from baby cows stomachs at slaughter.
