Carrots in chili???
Would it make a difference if I were to use frozen corn?
Tried it….loved it.
Do you have to add mushrooms
This is my go-to meal for everything, I've gotten sooooo many compliments on it.
Looks really great!
The only thing is I always drain and rinse my beans…
Looks gooooood!!
Are the carrots raw?
Is it just me or does adding the liquid from the beans and corn sound like a bad bad idea?
I think I will try this soon, using vegetables that I like. Zucchini, carrots(though cooked less, i like them only slightly tender), beans and corn and maybe some peppers as well for colour 🙂 Sounds yummy 🙂 Though I would also use tomato paste, since I really like it having a nice tomato flavour 😉
I really like vegeterian Chili 🙂
For a better texture I add tomato paste, cream of tomato soup and 1tbsp of ketchup 😉
No salt? What can i eat it more with ?
