Quinoa is 24g per cup, RAW! That is 3 cups cooked. Big difference. Holy Cow!!! A cup of almonds! That is over 800 calories. You can get 30g of protein for a lost less calories elsewhere.

What quinoa are you eating? Things I have read elsewhere vary 6-8g per cup, nowhere near 24g.
