  1. Hi Carah Thanks again for all the videos after social isolation can you do a meal prep when you have sometimes no rush . Please wash the vegetables and fruits with vinegar and uncooked vegetables slightly warm to keep the yourself and family healthy. Take care

  6. I love meal prep and it is a game changer for quick meals. Brussel sprouts a little blackened are the best! I love to prep veggies, a protein, and a carb with basic spices and add fun sauces for each meal. I need to add couscous and veggies with lemon and olive oil back to my meal prep. I love that it is great hot or cold.

  7. You could roast the Brussels sprouts with the other veggies, too. Roasted Brussels sprouts are so good!
