Vegetarian Meals: Mushrooms Vegan Roast

Ingredients
250 g of gluten powder
200 ml of vegetable stock
200 g of wood mushrooms
30 ml of soy sauce
1 sheet of greaseproof paper
Preparation of the Roast
1. Blend together the mushrooms, the vegetable stock and the soy sauce.
2. Stir in a bowl this making to the gluten powder.
3. Beat with your hands until the making is homogeneous.
4. Wrap your vegetarian roast on the greaseproof paper.
5. Put il on the baking tray of the oven and add water until the tray is filled.
6. Let it cook, on the preheated oven, during around 1h30 at 392ºF (200ºC).
7. To be sure there is always water on the tray, you’ll have to watch carefully and refill water some times.
Meanwhile, prepare the PEPPER SAUCE.
Ingredients
200 ml of soy liquid cream
1 teaspoon of psyllium
2 tablespoon of pepper seed
¼ teaspoon of salt
Preparation of the pepper sauce
8. Stir in a saucepan the liquid soy cream and 1 teaspoon of psyllium.
9. On a low heat, stir with a whisk.
10. Add salt and pepper and stir again a few seconds.
11. Let it thicken during approximately 3 minutes.
12. Cut the Mushroom Vegan Roast in slices and coat it with the reheated Vegan Pepper Sauce.
