Do a bisi saag for all the vegans and Bangladeshi lemon on side
Just put that recipe into a spreadsheet and about to cook it.. Did your mushroom bhajee from scratch last week. Used a hot chilli powder by mistake, but I cooked Indian/Asian. Going to do a paneer/dal dish to go along with this as well as steamed basmati with some frozen peas. And get this, some garlic bread! But I've got the ingredients. I'll visit you when all of this is over and taste it properly, pay you for it and give you a tip. Thanks for showing people like me this. About to cook for my family. No onion seeds, so I'll invent a bitter taste.
I got an idea for you bro, during Ramadan do a series where you make Bengali snacks or small meals like baingon bora, kisuri, sanna, daal bora, baat biran etc, there's a lot of delicious Bengali small snacks like this our beautiful non Bengali audience are missing out on!!!
Quick question, I know you’re Bengali, is the food you make a traditional Indian or Bengali style take on the dish?
What about lamb and rice in a hole
Super fantastic thank you.
I think I'll be doing plenty of aloo gobi in the coming weeks! I bought too many aloo in the PLANdemic of 2020!
Thanks Latif, your cooking passion is epic. Max respect from Qld Australia
Everything you make looks amazing!
Please please please can you make a rice pudding dish?!

Salam brother from india cottage burslem
Hello I know this is a daft question but the bay leaf is it edible or do you take it out like the regular bay leaves ? Also one of my favourite dishes. I can see layering the flavours is the secret to making your dishes work at home. So I’m going to watch to tomato paste one now. Stay well.
I want that pan!!! Maker? Dimensions? What is that, heavy gauge aluminum? Do you have a cookbook, Latif?
Always look forward to your latest video. Looking forward to giving this one a go, as you say a real favorite. Thank you for great instruction. Always inspired!!! cheers
One of my favorite restaurant dishes. I will have to try this at home now. Thanks for sharing!
