Top health reasons why I had to get away from a vegan lifestyle.
1. Severe weight loss

5. Dry and brittle hair as well as it started to turn gray and white.
6. Mood swings and inability to focus and concentrate on given tasks
I always dealt with digestive issues growing up and I eventually realized it’s just from the highly processed food, genetically modified food, as well as all of the additives, artificial ingredients, herbicides and pesticides. There’s so much that goes into our food. It’s not even really food anymore. The vegan lifestyle helped me to see both worlds but I don’t wish the ill health effects that I experienced on anyone. I hope that some people might be able to wake up from this video or make a change before it’s too late.
Thankfully I came to my senses and introduced grass fed milk, grass fed beef, free range poultry and pork. Yogurt and eggs. I was eating the same food that I grew up with except that it was organic and free range from a local farmer.
Soon I was sleeping better again. The dry skin went away. The sensitivity in my teeth and gums also went away and I was able to eat fruit again. I felt a calming and relaxation within my mind. When you starve your body of the important minerals and micro nutrients then it starts to affect your thought patterns and ability to focus and concentrate.
Most importantly I started to put weight back on and didn’t look malnourished anymore. If I would have kept going a few more months then it would’ve been really bad for me. Dogmatic viewpoints can set yourself up for unnecessary pain. Understand the importance of organic and regenerative farming. Start to eat real food.
