2. Include 1 mug hefty light whipping cream to steam (optional: include red wine).
3. Include cut or fresh Italian cheese … Parmesan functions ideal.
4. Simmer on reduced for 4-5 while blending cheese right into sauce.
5. Allot to put over noodles as well as spinach.
