Grocery list:
lunch and diner:
2 cucumbers
1/2 kilo tomatoes
1 small onion
1 head cauliflower
3 heads romaine lettuce
2 blocks tofu
1 can red kidney beans
1 can chickpeas
1 cam corn
1 can crushed tomato
cumin
paprika
salt
pepper
cornstarch’
pita bread or tortillas
rice
vinegar
soy sauce
Breakfast:
cocoa powder
peanut butter
sweet fruit (i used berries here0
bananas 3 to 5 per smoothie
