High protein roasted veggie pasta:
โ€“ red lentil pasta
โ€“ zucchni
โ€“ mushrooms
โ€“ red bell pepper
โ€“ baby sweetcorn (any other veggies you want!)
โ€“ red tomato vegan pesto
โ€“ fresh arugula
โ€“ fresh lemon juice
โ€“ liquid gold tahihi

Hummus toast with all the greens:
โ€“ sourdough toast
โ€“ good creamy hummus
โ€“ broccolini
โ€“ frozen peas
โ€“ kale
โ€“ avocado
โ€“ coconut aminos

Sweet potato, red lentil & coconut curry:
โ€“ large white onion
โ€“ 3-4 peeled & diced sweet potatoes
โ€“ 1 cup red lentils
โ€“ 1 can full fat coconut milk
โ€“ 250 ml veggie stock water
โ€“ 1 tsp each: cumin, cinnamon, garlic granules, sweet smoked paprika
โ€“ fresh cilantro to serve

High protein gingerbread spice yogurt bowl:
โ€“ 1 pot soy yogurt
โ€“ 1 scoop gingerbread spice perform protein (linked above)
โ€“ fresh persimmoon
โ€“ sliced ripe banana
โ€“ 2-3 biscoff cookies (other gingerbread vegan cookies)
โ€“ 2-3 TBSP salted peanut butter
โ€“ cinnamon
