• Lentils: 600 grams / 21.2 ounces
• Coconut oil: 5 grams / 0.18 ounces
• 1 diced onion: ≈ 100 grams / 3.5 ounces
• 2 medium sized red bell peppers: ≈ 240 grams / 8.5 ounces
• Broccoli: 300 grams / 10.6 ounces
• Crushed tomatoes: 350 grams / 12.3 ounces
• Canned yellow corn: 150 grams / 5.3 ounces
• Salt and pepper: 1 teaspoon of each
The nutrient content is based on uncooked ingredients. Different food brands, where the food comes from, cooking methods and more will affect the nutrient content and how well it gets absorbed by the body.
