Today I am sharing with you how I keep my energy up on a vegan diet. These three products really did the trick for me. I am obviously not a doctor, so don’t take my word for the truth. Try it out for yourself, and be mindful about how it affects your body.

The three products I mentioned are:
– raw green powder – mix of barley grass, wheat grass, chlorella & spirulina
– chia seeds
– blackstrap molasses

I am pretty sure you can find all three of these in your local health food store or on iherb.com
