Good Grasias. Loved
can u make banana bread with out eggs
meal prep for one is great do you have more 5 day meal plans What about shopping list
I love this
Yup… this will be my next week food. Minus the soup. I’m just not a soup person.
Where would I find the different soups at Trader Joe's? I've seen the frozen ones, but where are the non-frozen ones?
When I’m out of tahini, I just use toasted sesame oil. Tastes great and no worries about nut allergies (I hope)
All this plastic!! Ahh, maybe reusuable containers would be nice 🙂 love the recipes
I’m allergic to peanut butter. Could you use almond or sunflower seed butter instead for the hummus?
Omg I'm totally making the quiche for breakfast!
too many plastic bags…
Wayyyy to many plastic bags.
Where did you get the jars with the purple and green lids
Too many baggies !!!
Ill go shopping for this tomorrow and leave a comment for how much I end up paying. Greetings from one of the most expensive countries in the world.:)
Hi, love the ideas but I would have to adapt some of the meal recipes. I do not like sweet potatoes at all, any other quiche base you can think of? Also, I assume you could replace the goats cheese with another cheese?
This is literally my all time favourite meal prep video and favourite meal plan concept, brilliant! And I'm saying this after seeing many since, but this is always the one I come back to, love it!! Thanks so much for the inspiration! 🙂
Has anyone tried making muffins instead of bread? Any difference in cook times or temperature?
There are so many good ideas in this video, well done!
Great video! Low price, extremely time efficient, delicious food. I also applaud the glass mason jars you used to store some of the items. Would you consider opting for going more sustainable for storage options to promote plastic free, less waste, and composting scraps?
Can the breakfast bread be made with other fruits than banana?
so if you don't like eggs you just starve. thanks for the tip karen!!
That pie chart gives me stress.
Can you do a produce junction meal prep?
Just made the banana oat cake. Turned out delicious and not too sweet!
great video, but id suggest fewer plastic storage items and more reusable ones! like stasher bags 🙂
FANTASTIC video!
Looks awesome! Can't wait to try the sweet potato quiche!
I really wanted to like this video but that random notification sound was so disruptive it was making me lose my mind!
That ying and yang salt and pepper though
Eggs are not vegetarian
I love that these are Vegetarian-friendly!! Thank you so much!!
"But the killer ingredient is tahini" Oooh yay, will this be a tahini I can actually eat since I'm allergic to sesame seeds? "Add peanut butter" Oh… A literally killer ingredient, for me!
You look amazing! Love that so much ot your content is vegan and vegetarian. Thank you
Your videos are incredibly well done! Love this!
What if you don't want to eat the same thing 5 days in a row?
I gave a thumbs up and don't mean to be rude.. but I thought this was a really long commercial for a minute.
Over an hour for the sweet potato, does it not go to mush? It seems like a long time…
This looks so good but ngl who actually has 5 tart pans in their house?
Somehow YouTube blessed me with your feed suggestion- this is exactly what I've wanted out of food prep videos! Realistic timeframes, budgets, AND THEY LOOK DELICIOUS!! Thank you so much T^T
Great budgeting, delicious food I'm sure. But I could not eat the same thing everyday for a week.
Thank you! Totally using this!
Would love to see a video on the supplies and quantities you have on hand for meal prep
TJ’s maple syrup is the real thing, which is great, but also expensive. On a tight budget, I’d skip buying the maple syrup to buy more beans, fruit, and a spice or two. Maybe more veggies too. Just thinking how to get more good food for the same amount of money.
